BDN Building Networks was established in 2011 after a number of successful property development projects. The founder Mr. BD Nhlapo, an engineer by profession and chief engineer for Alternative Building Technologies (ABT) South Africa found it important for ordinary South African to own properties and mostly to have dignified homes. The company brings ‘young and fresh blood’ into business with diverse set of professional expertise. No project is too small or too big because we have a wide network of qualified sub-contractors in various trades and building hardware that we often collaborate with depending on the size of the project. Our objective is not only to satisfy but exceed our customer’s needs because we understand that all customers have different needs.
We take full accountability on work completed to insure timeous and smooth projects completion. We believe in quality and not quantity and we have membership/affiliations with companies such as Engineering Council of South Africa (ECSA), National Home Builders Association (NHBRC), SANS, Agrément South Africa and Project management Institute (PMI).
ALL inputs are taken from previous developments which have been successful both locally and international. Our head office is located in Gauteng and we have branches in Mpumalanga, East, Eastern Cape and KwaZulu-Natal Province.
