  • Job contract value between 0 –R1,000,000 = 0.5 % reward
  • Job contract value between R1,000,001 – R2,000,000 = 1 % reward.
  • Job contract value between R2,000,001-R3,000,000 = 1.5 % reward.
  • Job contract value between R3,000,001-max = 2 % reward.
  • Job contract value between R4,000,001-max = 2.5 % reward.
